Coverage period: May 1 – December 31. Request your follow-up visit by December 15. After a storm, visits are scheduled once it's safe and legal to fly, no sooner than 72 hours after storm conditions end.

Keep a consistent visual record with regularly scheduled aerial photography. Quotes are based on project duration, number and frequency of visits, site size, photo quantities, requested camera angles, and travel and site requirements. No minimum number of visits or project duration required.
Ideal for: Homebuilders, general contractors, developers, construction managers, investors, and property owners.
Construction photography provides visual records only. It does not include inspections, engineering evaluations, construction certifications, or building-code compliance assessments.
Optional services may be available for eligible projects. Additional work must be approved before it is performed.

Every standard package includes professional editing: exposure and brightness, white balance, natural color correction, contrast and shadows, horizon alignment, lens correction, sharpening, and cropping.
Documentation photos are never intentionally altered to hide damage or misrepresent property conditions. For privacy, the faces of anyone captured in photos are blurred.
